For returning defective item, No returns will be allowed without prior authorization. Call our customer service for RA#. We do our best to make sure all shoes we shipped to our customers are in best condition. If you’re returning defective shoes (physical damage, wrong pair or unmatched sizes) and the shoes need to be returned, please note to send us the following information to complete the process.
